How to view hackathon metrics and reports

As an organizer, you can download detailed reports about the projects and participants in your hackathon.

  1. From your hackathon page, click the Metrics icon (looks like a chart) in the Admin bar.
  2. The main metrics page shows a comprehensive overview of registrant and project engagement to help you understand your hackathon's progress at a glance.
  3. On this page, you can download two different CSV reports:
  • Download projects: Provides a detailed export of all submitted projects, including their descriptions, links, team members, and any custom submission form answers. This report also includes a "Teammates Needed" column, which shows 'Yes' for projects with active team building or 'No' for projects not seeking teammates.
  • Download status by user: Provides a list of everyone who has registered for your hackathon, including their email address, role, and submission status. Guests are clearly marked in this report.
  1. After you click a download button, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to download your file.
