- Organizer: A user who manages a specific hackathon. They can edit all hackathon details, manage participants, and control the judging process for that event.
- Member: The standard user role for employees in your organization. Members can create and participate in hackathons.
- Guest: An external user invited to a specific hackathon. Guests have limited access and cannot see other parts of your organization.
- Project: The central page for a team's idea and submission. It begins as an "Idea" and moves to "Submitted" status after the team submits it for judging.
- Project Template: A customizable form that organizers create to standardize project submissions, including required assets and submission questions.
